Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench setup
Navigate to copied folder Ex: </scratch/oipa/oirw>
Execute
$ ./oirw_setup.sh |
After answering all questions all applications will be configured and ready to run.
The config script will create a shell scripts to start and stop all Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench application components and could be executed at any time. Please check oirw_start.sh and oirw_stop.sh at main OIRW folder. Ex: </scratch/oipa/oirw>
Configuration script could run Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench components at the end of the setup or user could start Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench later.
To check that containers are up and running execute
$ docker ps |grep rules-palette-light $ docker ps |grep release-management $ docker ps |grep rules-palette-web |
As a result you should see correspondent container with name palette-service
As a result you should see correspondent container with name release-management-service
As a result you should see correspondent container with name rules-workbench-web

How to Set Up Access in the Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench UI

Open the Oracle Insurance Rules Workbench user interface in your web browser.

Create an Admin account and log in with these credentials.

Go to the Users menu, add a new user, and assign them the Build Manager role.

Log out, then log back in as the new Build Manager user.

As the Build Manager, create a new Environment to perform OIPA configuration tasks (such as Create, Read, Update, and Delete operations).

Once the Environment is created—either as a new setup or by importing from an existing OIRP environment—click the Import Users button to bring in users from the selected environment.

All imported users are automatically assigned the Configurer role.

Configurers can log in using their credentials from the IVSUser table and access the required OIPA configuration.
